Absolutely! Armour Networks will migrate your current website to the new host, work with your current web developer/designer where appropriate and ensure minimal downtime while doing so.
We make an initial assessment of your website prior to planning the migration, in many cases we’ll include the migration for free as part of the setup process. For more complex sites we’ll provide a quotation for your perusal.
We understand the constraints of long lock-in contracts. Our WebHost Addon is on a month-to-month basis giving you flexiblilty and peace of mind.
Generally, we’ll be able to action these same business day.
We’ll let you know in advance if this occurs so there are no nasty surprises. Additional changes will be quoted at our standard hourly rates and require your approval using our friendly on-line quoting system.
The host backups are run hourly as follows:
- 24 hourly backups
- 7 daily backups
- 5 weekly backups
- 2 monthly backups
In addition, we configure weekly backups (8-week retention) to your Microsoft Azure tenancy for additional redundancy.
The host backup set is stored on the same Australian data centres as your website. The backups to your Azure tenancy will depend on how the Azure Storage account is configured, generally we set this up as GZRS (Geo-zone-redundant storage) in Australia East Coast Data Centres.
